We offer the best shipping through FBA Amazon only in the USA, excluding Guam and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping services are offered in your shopping cart. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International, Mexico and Canada shipping is available but there have been many customs and shipping delays that have been as long as 14 to 21 days. Please note we have no control over these delays. For as much as we would like to ship to you directly, please also consider ordering through Buy Buy Baby or Amazon.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. We know that it is not fun when a baby is fussy, so we do our best to ship orders out the same day as long as they are received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, so if you place your order on a Friday after 12 pm PT or over the weekend, your order will ship out on Monday.
For sanitary reasons, we are not able to re-sell used products and therefore cannot accept exchanges. However, quality control is important to us. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email explaining the issue and we will send you a return address label so we can replace it.
