Our bodies are super resilient and are designed to heal automatically from almost anything. Why do we get sick or feel sluggish and lacking energy? Why do we gain weight easily? Besides eating as many vegetables & fruits as possible and eating Juice Plus, I recommend eliminating processed, ready-made packaged foods and baked goods. Yes, they are easy and tempting but must be limited to maintain health. Eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables and organic whole food that is in its original form (not packaged and processed) as possible.
