Baby is enjoying every minute of life. Crawling, climbing, pulling themselves up on everything that is found. When a toy is seen across your bed - watch out baby will go for it! Still chunky but about to lose that baby fat when they takes off!
Remember that babies will eat so much more right before a growth spurt. They’ll get nice and chunky and the next day, completely stretch out. Allow the baby to lead when it comes to feeding. Just like us, they know when they need more nutrition. After the growth spurt feeding will taper off a bit and you can get a rest.
Of course it’s always fun watching them take everything that is close in proximity at the table. And it will often end up on the floor. LOL This is when you get lots of fun exercise bending up and down. Take advantage of this and tighten your muscles you may find your abs to get tighter.
Language skills are starting to improve this month. Baby doesn’t actually know what they are saying, but babbling mama and dada all day long. Talks and giggles and yells. Loves the sound of thier voice.
Don’t worry if your 10 month old is still fitting into the 8 or 9 month description. Baby’s mature at their own rate. Allow them to learn in their own time, leading without pushing. If baby isn’t sitting or crawling yet, you can help through exercise. There are very simple physical therapy movements that help strengthen a baby's core and improve coordination. You don’t need to be a professional to help your baby meet their milestones. This is also a fun time to play with your baby as you can also do your exercises together. There are so many youtube videos for this. ( Add a link here?)
